(CASTELLANO) No esperaba gran cosa, y sin embargo me ha enganchado de principio a fin. Tiene ese punto de locura que tanto me gusta, donde no sabes si lo que estás viendo es una sátira negra, un thriller psicológico o una comedia enfermiza disfrazada de drama social. Es retorcida, sí, pero entretenida como pocas. No es sutil ni elegante, pero tampoco lo pretende. La película arranca fuerte: un hombre atrapado en su apartamento, en su hipoteca, en su vida. El ruido constante, la presión económica, los vecinos cada vez más extraños... todo contribuye a una atmósfera paranoica que no deja respirar. Y lo mejor es que no sabes si es real o está todo en su cabeza. Kang Ha-neul está muy bien, consigue que le sigas incluso cuando su personaje toma decisiones absurdas. A ratos me recordaba a ‘Parásitos’, aunque sin su precisión ni su profundidad. Aquí todo va más a lo bruto, a lo directo. Pero hay una crítica de fondo bastante clara al sistema inmobiliario, al aislamiento en las grandes ciudades y al espejismo de la clase media. Lo cierto es que, con sus excesos y sus giros, nunca pierde el ritmo. No es perfecta. El tramo final es desquiciado, a veces demasiado. Pero esa exageración es parte de su encanto. Y aunque no emocione ni remueva como otros thrillers coreanos, sí deja una sensación rara y pegajosa. Me gusta cuando una película no se parece a ninguna otra. Le pongo un 7/10. No porque sea redonda, sino porque se atreve. Y eso, a día de hoy, ya es mucho. (ENGLISH) I wasn’t expecting much, and yet it hooked me from start to finish. It has that edge of madness I love, where you’re never sure if you’re watching dark satire, psychological thriller, or a sick comedy disguised as social drama. Twisted? Yes. But incredibly entertaining. It’s not subtle or elegant, but it’s not trying to be. The movie kicks off strong: a man trapped in his apartment, his mortgage, his life. Constant noise, financial pressure, increasingly bizarre neighbors... everything adds to a suffocating paranoia. And the best part is you never quite know if it’s real or all in his head. Kang Ha-neul delivers a solid performance, and you stay with him even when his choices get absurd. At times it reminded me of Parasite, though without its precision or depth. Here, everything is raw and direct. But the social critique is clear: the housing trap, urban isolation, and the middle-class illusion. And despite its over-the-top moments, it never loses momentum. It’s not perfect. The final stretch goes off the rails, maybe too much. But that’s part of its charm. It doesn’t hit as hard emotionally as other Korean thrillers, but it leaves a weird aftertaste—and I like that. I give it a 7/10. Not because it’s flawless, but because it dares. And these days, that’s worth something.
